What do Win Room School Houses look like?

Win Room School Houses come in all shapes and sizes, but they all meet our list of criteria to ensure an engaging and productive work and play space.

• Clean surfaces (tables, floors, counters)
• A minimum of 1000 square feet (or 60 sq. ft. per Member) that is available for daily use
• Clean bathrooms with plenty of toilet paper, soap and clean towels
• A dedicated space for messy projects
• Outdoor space
• Cooking and/or baking spaces and equipment
• Easy visibility throughout the space
• Natural light
• Easy access in and out of the building
• Minimal access to the public
  
• Additional requirements may be in place per city, county, state laws

Some of our school houses are held in multi-purpose buildings (churches, restaurants, offices, warehouses, vacation rentals) and we are happy to respect the shared space.

A cozy, nurturing space for reading, discussion and singing songs.

A clean space to cook, bake and experiment.

Plenty of outdoor space to build and run.
